LX3015M is a fully enclosed cnc metal sheet cutting machine with standard 3000×1500mm working area. Equipped with aviation aluminum gantry, heavy welded rigid bed and auto-focus cutting head.The full sealed housing with built-in smoke filtration isolates cutting fumes, matching real-time monitoring camera and independent air-cooled electric cabinet. Perfect for high-precision batch cutting of carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper and alloy sheets in metal fabrication, machinery and hardware industries

Machine frame

The machine bed of LX3015M enclosed cnc metal sheet cutting machine delivers high rigidity, excellent temperature resistance and great vibration damping. Its heavy-duty structure guarantees stable operation, effectively avoids deformation and restrains vibration during long-term cutting.

Built with aviation aluminum material, the beam is lightweight and equipped with outstanding dynamic performance for high-speed processing.

Transmission

The Z-axis adopts ball screw transmission, which offers higher working efficiency than sliding screw structure.

Equipped with Italian WKT linear rails, the machine achieves high precision and fast movement with lower power consumption and less heat generation.

Inovance servo motors provide high motion efficiency and powerful vibration suppression capability.

Enclosure

LX3015M adopts fully enclosed housing design. The built-in filtration system absorbs and purifies cutting smoke and harmful fumes, protecting operators and maintaining a tidy workshop environment.

Equipped with real-time monitoring system, operators can clearly observe the entire cutting process, effectively avoiding potential safety hazards.

Cutting head

Raytools cutting head comes with auto-focus function to automatically adjust the cutting center.
