LX62TUA Industrial CNC Laser Pipe Cutting Machine is a dual-chuck 6-meter pipe cutter. It is fitted with front follow-up feeding unit to realize automatic workpiece discharging upon cutting completion. With optional 1-6kW power, it delivers burr-free one-step cutting, cuts manual labor, ideal for mass production of furniture, auto parts and hardware components.

SIDE-HANGING INTEGRALLY-WELDED MACHINE BED

Stress-relief annealing removes internal stress. It undergoes vibration aging after rough machining prior to finish processing. Controlled by CNC system, AC servo drives enable Y-axis reciprocating chuck travel. High-precision Y-axis rack and linear guides deliver stable transmission accuracy. Stroke-end limit sensors plus mechanical hard-stop protection are fitted, together with an auto-lubrication system for long-term reliable operation.

FRONT-SIDE FEEDING UNIT

Once cutting completes, lifting support cylinders retract, letting finished workpieces drop onto the blanking tray and slide into the material storage zone.

All cylinder motions are system‑automated. This front‑end unit offers two configurable options: servo-follow-up type and manual‑adjustment type.

SUPPORT ASSEMBLY

Servo‑driven follow‑up support moves vertically. It sustains slender long tubes against bending deformation during cutting and drops down to evade interference when the rear chuck travels into position.

Cylinder‑actuated variable‑diameter roller support features manual scale tuning. It accommodates tubular workpieces across diverse outer diameters.

CHUCK COMPONENTS

Twin pneumatic full‑stroke chucks (front & rear) are capable of Y‑axis displacement.

Rear chuck executes tube clamping & feeding; front chuck secures workpieces at the machine bed terminal. Servo‑motors drive both chucks for synchronized rotary motion.

Dual‑chuck simultaneous clamping enables minimal‑remnant cutting, leaving stub length merely 20‑40 mm and supporting long‑workpiece short‑tail processing.

Unlike conventional tube cutters that release front jaws (causing pipe sagging & poor precision), this model keeps both chucks gripping throughout cutting travel to stabilize lengthy tubes and retain machining precision.

Bellows‑type organ shields shield X/Z‑axis assemblies for dust‑proof protection.

Z‑axis supports independent CNC interpolation motion, multi‑axis linkage with X/Y axes, and switchable follow‑mode operation.
