LX3015PTW is built with large surrounding enclosed housing fitted with monitoring system. It blocks laser stray light, flying debris and cutting smoke to improve site safety and workshop cleanliness, operators can observe cutting status without opening cabinet doors.
Adopts German Atlanta rack-pinion, Japanese Yaskawa servo motors and Taiwan Hiwin linear guide rails. Matched with Cypcut dedicated CNC control system. It realizes 120 m/min maximum idle speed and 1.5G acceleration, delivering consistent long-term positioning performance.
High-low dual exchange tables enable offline material loading and unloading without halting cutting tasks. External rotary fixture handles round, square tubes and section-steel, apart from 3000×1500 mm sheet processing area. One-machine dual-function lowers equipment investment and saves floor space.
Optional laser power covers 1 kW-30 kW. Multiple frame sizes are selectable: 3015/4015/4020/6015/6020/6025. Clients can select proper dimension based on their typical workpiece size. Custom working range is negotiable.
