High-speed Dual Exchange Worktables for Zero-downtime Production
Adopts high-low exchange platform design. While one table works for cutting, operators can load/unload material on the other station. Table swap only takes 15-20 seconds, raising overall output significantly and fitting high-volume batch-order production.
Reliable Pneumatic Chuck for Multi-profile Tube Machining
External tube cutting station is fitted with high-precision pneumatic chuck. It provides strong, stable clamping force to avoid workpiece slipping under high-speed rotation, guaranteeing consistent precision for various tubular and section-steel parts.
Compact Split-assembly Structure for Cost-saving Shipment
