LX3015HCT industrial sheet and tube laser cutting machine is upgraded from HC‑series by adding rotary tube‑cutting unit. This open‑style machine is fitted with dual exchange tables, 8‑mm stress‑relieved welded bed and upgraded 5 mm thick support blades. It processes 3000×1500 mm metal sheets as well as round, square tubes and section steel.

Feature of Industrial Sheet and Tube Laser Cutting Machine
The LX3015HCT is built around an 8‑mm thick welded frame. After rough machining, annealing treatment and vibration aging eliminate residual stress inside the frame before final precision machining. Such manufacturing process enhances frame stiffness, keeping consistent cutting accuracy during long-shift continuous metal fabrication.
The machine table is fitted with 5-mm thick saw-tooth support teeth. Enhanced mechanical strength cushions shock and vibration generated in cutting. It effectively prevents tooth bending or breakage when processing thick hard metal, extending replacement intervals for consumable parts.
Equipped with height-differential dual exchange tables, the unit allows off-line material loading and unloading without pausing cutting tasks. The add-on external rotary fixture expands processing capability: besides 3000×1500 mm metal sheets, it can machine round tubes, square tubes and various section steel. Users get two processing functions from one single machine to lower capital expenditure.
The optional partition-divided fume extraction system arranges separate air outlets for different operating zones. Operators can tune airflow output based on actual smoke volume. It delivers better fume capture effect, cuts fan power draw and slows component abrasion to prolong machine service lifespan.
Modular detachable design streamlines container shipping for overseas clients. For the 3015 model, only rear frame section needs disassembly to fit a standard 20-foot container; the 6015 version adapts for 40-foot containers. It helps reduce ocean freight and shorten on-site assembly hours.
