Before performing machine maintenance or cleaning, align the upper die with the lower die, lower the ram, and shut down the machine. If the machine must be powered on or operated for any reason, switch the mode to "Manual" and ensure safety. Maintenance procedures are as follows:

1. Hydraulic System
1) Check the oil tank level weekly (and also after any hydraulic system repairs); if the level falls below the sight glass, top up with hydraulic oil.
2) Use ISO HM46 or Mobil DTE25 hydraulic oil.
3) Change the oil after the first 2,000 hours of operation for a new machine, and subsequently every 4,000 to 6,000 hours; clean the oil tank during every oil change.
4) Maintain the system oil temperature between 35°C and 60°C; do not allow it to exceed 70°C, as excessive heat causes oil degradation and damage to components.

2. Filters
1) Replace or thoroughly clean the filters whenever the oil is changed.
2) Replace the filter if there are relevant alarms, signs of contaminated oil, or other filter malfunctions.
3) Inspect and clean the air filter on the oil tank every 3 months; replacement is recommended annually.

3. Hydraulic Components
1) Clean hydraulic components (manifold blocks, valves, motors, pumps, piping, etc.) monthly to prevent contaminants from entering the system; do not use chemical cleaning agents.
2) After one month of operation for a new machine, inspect pipe bends for deformation and replace any damaged pipes; after two months, tighten all component connections. Ensure the machine is powered off and the system is depressurized before performing this task.
