The hydraulic bending machine comprises a frame, a worktable, and a clamping plate. The worktable is mounted on the frame and consists of a base and a pressure plate; the base is connected to the clamping plate via hinges. The base is composed of a housing, a coil, and a cover plate, with the coil positioned within a recess in the housing and the cover plate placed over the top of the recess.

During operation, the coil is energized via electrical leads, generating an attractive force on the pressure plate that clamps the sheet metal workpiece between the pressure plate and the base. The use of electromagnetic clamping allows the pressure plate to be configured to suit various workpiece requirements and enables the processing of workpieces with side walls. Additionally, the bending machine can accommodate the needs of diverse workpieces by allowing for the interchange of bending dies.
