The bending machine is a crucial piece of equipment in the sheet metal industry for the bending and forming of workpieces; it functions by pressing steel plates into parts of various shapes according to processing requirements.
1. Ram Assembly: Utilizes hydraulic transmission; the assembly consists of the ram, hydraulic cylinders, and a mechanical stop with a fine-adjustment mechanism. The left and right cylinders are fixed to the machine frame, and hydraulic pressure drives the pistons (rods) to move the ram up and down; the mechanical stop's position is regulated by the CNC system.
2. Worktable Assembly: Operated via a push-button station, an electric motor drives the backgauge assembly to move forward and backward. The travel distance is controlled by the CNC system with a minimum resolution of 0.01 mm (limit switches are installed for both forward and backward travel limits).
3. Synchronization System: The machine employs a mechanical synchronization mechanism consisting of a torsion shaft, swing arms, and spherical plain bearings. It features a simple structure, stable and reliable performance, and high synchronization accuracy. The mechanical stop is adjusted by a motor, with values controlled by the CNC system.
4. Backgauge Mechanism: The backgauge is motor-driven; a chain drive synchronizes the movement of two lead screws, and the backgauge position is controlled by the CNC system.
